She has enjoyed the role of a nurse educator for undergraduate and graduate nursing students, and has developed and presented several staff education programs. Willie J. Dinkins, Sr. has been involved in various roles within the healthcare system over the past 25 years. His experiences include nursing assistant, CASAC Adolescent Division, and adult substance abuse.
